Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use stubs.co.za ("Stubs", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older, or have a parent's permission.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Handles are first come, first served and can be changed once every 7 days. We may reclaim handles that impersonate others or infringe trademarks.

Your content

You own what you put on your page. You give us permission to host and show it so your page works. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, misleading, sexual content involving minors, malware, or links that scam visitors. We may hide or remove pages that break these rules.

Paid plans

• Plans are billed monthly in South African rand through PayFast. A card processing fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Paid features switch on only once PayFast confirms your payment.
• You can cancel any time on the Billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund part-months unless the law requires it.
• If a renewal fails you get a 7-day grace period. After that your account moves to Free. Your content is kept, but paid styling and extra pages are hidden until you upgrade again.

Visitors and sign-ups

If you collect emails with a sign-up form, you are responsible for using them lawfully, including under POPIA, and for letting people unsubscribe.

Service

We work hard to keep Stubs running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
