Stubs follows the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

  • Account details: your email, sign-in method, and the profile you publish (name, bio, photos, links).
  • Billing: your plan and payment status. Card details are handled by PayFast. We never see or store them.
  • Page analytics: when someone visits a page we record the date, the link clicked, a broad source (e.g. "Instagram") and device type (phone, tablet or desktop). We don't store visitors' IP addresses, names or cookies for this.
  • Sign-up forms: if a visitor joins a creator's list, their email (and phone, if asked) is stored for that creator.
  • Support messages you send us.

How we use it

To run your page, process payments, show you insights, keep the service secure and answer support requests. We don't sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need: PayFast for payments, plus our hosting and email providers. Creators can see and export the sign-ups collected on their own pages.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. Analytics are kept for up to a year. If you delete your account on the Account page, your pages, links and sign-ups are removed.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your information, object to processing, or complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za). Contact us to make a request.
